After graduating from the Academy of Arts in Arnhem ( fashion design), The Netherlands, Marie Christine Mulder worked as a fashion designer for major fashion companies in Holland.

After 18 years of designing and product development she started in 2003 her own company The Dutch Design Bakery (kids and ladieswear collections).

In 2013 she founded AuBainMarie, a brandname which includes all her other creative activities, such as handmolded ceramics, colourful paintings and other unique handcrafted design pieces.
